Minuscule 729 (in the Gregory-Aland numbering), Θε323 (von Soden),〔Hermann von Soden, ''Die Schriften des neuen Testaments, in ihrer ältesten erreichbaren Textgestalt / hergestellt auf Grund ihrer Textgeschichte'' (Berlin 1902), vol. 1, p. 265. 〕 is a Greek minuscule manuscript of the New Testament written on parchment. Palaeographically it has been assigned to the 13th century. The manuscript has complex contents.〔(Handschriftenliste ) at the Münster Institute〕 Scrivener labelled it as 747e. == Description == The codex contains a complete text of the four Gospels on 341 parchment leaves (size ).〔 The text is written in two columns per page, 37-47 lines per page.〔 The text is divided according to the (''chapters''), with their (''titles of chapters'') at the top of the pages. There is no another division according to the smaller Ammonian Sections (with references to the Eusebian Canons). It contains Prolegomena and tables of the κεφαλαια (''tables of contents'') before each Gospel.
